Return & Refund Policy for Sabeen Organics

At Sabeen Organics, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund experience.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days after the order has been delivered.

For standard returns, products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect applicable consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number and clear photographs. An unboxing video is helpful when available but is not the only acceptable form of evidence.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable. Reporting guidelines do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

3. Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an incorrect, damaged or defective item was supplied by Sabeen Organics, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us as applicable.

Please contact our support team before returning any parcel. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 business days after any required return and inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be arranged through an agreed bank transfer or supported mobile wallet.

The time taken for funds to arrive may depend on the selected payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Eligible return requests will then be handled under this policy.
